I always use SMART system do planning for my goal set .
What experience do you have in the area of finance?
I’m 19 years financial planning advisor working experience and 2 club treasurer , Fund raising and Looking Sponsor for our activities .
What experience do you have in developing procedures?
1.SMART Goal setting + 2. 5W1H Action Plan + 3. SWOT monitoring
What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
Confidence , public speaking , planning of work.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
We build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence.
