Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
I am a product of Toastmasters’ education system and a firmed believer of servant leadership. We serve to build leaders and inspire the members to achieve excellence in achieving their educational goals. To serve as District Leader, I will have the opportunity to work with a bigger team at district level to realize servant leadership. I hope more leaders will be inspired and continue to serve the members.

A very simple reason of giving back to the Division whom have helped my growth ever since I have joined Toastmasters. Using what I have learned from 5 years in Toastmasters, I will strive to ensure the members’ deserve the learning & education they need, and also to cultivate friendships/family culture within the clubs in Division D.

1) I see a lot of young members that have the quality to be trained as a leader, thus I want to provide learning opportunities such as workshops for the youngsters to be taught by the experienced.

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
I want to serve the larger community in Malaysia to build their public speaking skill through Toastmasters clubs. By being a district leader (nominated as division director), I can easily achieve this mission by encouraging clubs (especially community clubs) in the division to open up their clubs to as many people as they can since we are online now. Another thing is that I’ve seen, in my the division H that I’m going to be nominated in as the Div Director, quite low reputation compared to other divisions in the district. So, I want to use my energy to help this division to go to a higher level and hopefully to make the clubs in the division well-known to the public in terms of a platform to be used in practicing public speaking skills.
